I designed these hanging/table kits as low spray bubbler type fountains. Anyone who has had a solar fountain knows that unless you have a clear pond or pool a high spaying solar fountain will dump all the water rapidly and are totally impractical. The bowls are made in the USA and the bowls are custom hand embellished by Mountain Art Concepts.
